Does my pet have to be off leash?
Nope! Part of the service you receive is photo editing, to include removing leashes from photos. See below for an example.
What if my pet is shy, not well-behaved, high-energy, etc.?
No problem. I'll do my best to help your pet feel comfortable with me, which will yield the most natural looking photos. We may not get the posed shot you have in mind, but I like to let the pets lead the way.

Where will we take photos?
I mostly take photos in the Tacoma and greater South Puget Sound area. Popular locations include Chambers Creek Regional Park, Point Ruston, Point Defiance Park, Fort Steilacoom Park, Bradley Lake Park, and Dash Point State Park. Let me know if you have somewhere else in mind - I'm glad to go wherever is most meaningful for you.
Can I be in the photos too?
Certainly! I'll focus on your pet, but I am also glad to capture the special bond you have together.
Can I bring more than one pet?
If you'd like to bring two or more pets, I'll also ask that you bring along at least one other person per animal to help wrangle everyone. We'll discuss options for a longer session so we don't rush your pets and can work within everyone's comfort zone.
